Instacurve.com has a Return Policy that allows for exchanges by store credit only. There are no refunds due to the nature of the business and for security reasons. Customers have 15 days from the time the item was delivered to send it back for an exchange. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in the original packaging. Certain items, due to health regulations, cannot be returned. These include the Butt Lifter, Instant High Waisted Brief Panty With Butt Booster, High-Waisted Panty Shaper With Booty Lift, Body Shaper with Butt Lifter, Thong Body Shaper, and the Cindy Push-Up Thong Body Shirt. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from. All items must be clean, unworn, and odor-free. Any order received without its original packaging or label may be charged a restock fee of $10.00.
